Acceptable Subsidies

The standard eligibility programs that may be used as proof of subsidy include Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Food Stamps, Medicaid, National Free School Lunch Program, Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Food Stamps Cards

Food Stamps Inquiry Letter

• Must include customer's name, "SNAP Issuance Day: #" must be visible, and cannot say "Denied" anywhere on it.

Medicaid Cards

• Can be used for both subsidy AND ID proof (only this needs to be uploaded)

Medicaid Award Letter

Acceptable ID Examples

• Council on Aging ID

• Can be used for both ID AND subsidy proof (only this needs to be uploaded)
