Acceptable Subsidies
The standard eligibility programs that may be used as proof of subsidy include Programa Suplementario de Asistencia Nutricional, Medicaid (not Medicare), Seguridad de Ingreso Suplementario, Temporal Asistencia para Familias Necesitadas, Hogares de Bajos Ingresos Programa de Asistencia Energética, Programa Nacional de Almuerzo 's programa de almuerzo gratis, and Sección 8 Asistencia Federal de Viviendas Públicas.

UNACCEPTABLE Subsidy Proof Examples
- These are MediCARE providers.
- Must have the Mi Salud or Medicare Platino (MP) logo to be acceptable.

Unemployment Benefits Statements
- Can be used to demonstrate low income eligibility.
- If income is listed in addition to the pension as in this example, it must be treated as a paystub and three (3) consecutive months within the past year must be provided.
Acceptable ID Examples
All government-issued photo ID proofs MUST include TWO last names. If the ID proof provided does not include both last names, an additional GOVERNMENT-ISSUED document (no photo needed) evidencing the second last name may be uploaded with the ID proof (If a Social Security card is used, the number must be COVERED). This additional document can also be a subsidy proof or address proof, and if so, should be uploaded with the ID proof. The subsidy proof or address proof used should then be uploaded by itself for proof of subsidy or proof of address.
- State-Issued Security Guard License
- Notarized letter evidencing married last name
- Can be uploaded with photo ID to prove married last name
