Acceptable Address Proofs

ONLY the following are acceptable documents as address proofs for Puerto Rican customers.

  • Housing leases
  • Benefits award letters
  • Water Bill
  • Electric Bill
  • Cable Bill
    • Utility bills that do not include the zip code are acceptable if the rest of the address and the name are correct.
  • Driver's Licenses are not acceptable as address proofs.
