SNAP, LIHEAP, TANF, and Medicaid are the ONLY programs that allow an applicant to qualify in-person. If the applicant wants to qualify by income or other programs not listed above, they must apply at the NV Lifeline Administrator’s website: https://www.nvlifeline.org/
