Unacceptable Subsidy Proofs
- This card is issued by many different states, many of which Life Wireless is not authorized to do business in, and many different subsidy benefits are deposited upon it, some of which are not Lifeline-eligible subsidies. This is unacceptable because it is not possible to determine the state in which it was issued or the type subsidy benefits that is deposited upon it.
