Photo IDs issued by the Puerto Rican government are acceptable as proof of identity. Examples include driver's licenses (licencia de conductor) and voter ID cards (tarjeta de identificacion electoral), as well as others.


Acceptable Address Proofs

The following are acceptable documents ad address proofs for Puerto Rican customers.

  • Housing leases
  • Benefits award letters
  • Water Bill
  • Electric Bill
  • Cable Bill
    • Utility bills that do not include the zip code are acceptable if the rest of the address and the name are correct.
  • Driver's License if the address is present on the card
