Acceptable Subsidies
The standard eligibility programs that may be used as proof of subsidy include Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)/Ohio Works First, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Food Stamps, Medicaid, National Free School Lunch Program, Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

- OHIO ONLY - Does not have to show an amount to prove eligibility
- Must be dated within the past 7 years.
- Must have "DI" at the end of the document number.
