Acceptable Subsidies

The standard eligibility programs that may be used as proof of subsidy include Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF)/Ohio Works First, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Food Stamps, Medicaid, National Free School Lunch Program, Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), and Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Food Stamps Awards Letter

Medicaid Cards

Social Security Disability Income (SSDI)

• Does not have to show an amount to prove eligibility

• Must have "DI" at the end of the document number.
• Does not have to show an amount to prove eligibility

LIHEAP

• Must show PIPP line item
